The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), under the leadership of Interim Chief Dominic Choi, has been working tirelessly to curb the rise in criminal activity. Their efforts recently led to the arrest of two individuals with extensive criminal histories, including previous burglaries and violent offenses. These arrests, as significant as they are, only scratch the surface of a larger issue plaguing the community.
