Police seek three suspects in violent Ajax home invasion

An investigation continues into a violent home invasion robbery on Wednesday, April 5, in Ajax.

One person was injured when three men with guns broke into a residence on Old Harwood Avenue just before noon, Durham police said. The suspect stole a quantity of items from the house and fled in a white passenger van.

A man was taken to hospital for treatment of what police described as non-life-threatening injuries.

Police continue to call for witnesses, including anyone with dash cam or security camera video, to come forward.
